About me

I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of clinical experience working within a trauma-informed framework across multiple public and private settings. I work with adolescents, young adults and adults from many different walks of life. My philosophy is guided by the concept that everyone is an expert in their own life, and therapy is a useful tool for making meaningful change - especially when you’re suffering from distress or finding it difficult to understand yourself.

I specialise in treating eating disorders and body image concerns, mood disorders, OCD and adolescent mental health. I work closely with the LGBTQIA+ communities- of which I’m a proud and affirming member. I also support people struggling with:

  • Exploring/ questioning sexual and gender identity

  • Emotional regulation difficulties

  • Depression, low mood, anxiety, anxious rumination, stress, burnout

  • Relationship and interpersonal issues

  • ADHD and concentration concerns

  • Transitional life stages

My therapeutic approach is rooted in the principles of mutual respect, authenticity, warmth, openness, and empathy. I believe these qualities are essential for creating a safe and effective therapeutic environment, regardless of the challenges we may address.

In addition to my clinical practice, I work at St Vincent’s Hospital in Darlinghurst and provide supervision as an AHPRA Board Approved Clinical Supervisor for psychologists and Allied Health Professionals.
